What if tickets sell out?
Tickets are sold on a limited basis and no one will be admitted without a pre-purchased ticket. No tickets are sold at the gate.
Can I bring my Dog?
Pets are not allowed on the grounds.
How long is the experience?
Can we come early?
The average time to walk through and enjoy the experience is about 45 minutes but you may take as long as you like.
Timed ticketing helps us maintain safe hourly visitor counts. Have your ticket ready to be scanned and you can enter the event at the time on your ticket.
What about Photography?
Photography and video recording for personal use are permitted. For the safety of others, no tripods, monopods, or drones are allowed on the grounds.
What about Parking?
Yes, parking is free and on-site. You may park 30 mintues before your ticket time.e.
What is not allowed ?
Backpacks, firework, firearms of any-type, alcohol, pets of any kind.
Do you have food and drinks?
We will have a Food Truck each evening Thursday-Sunday and Halloween Night from 6 - 8:30. Offering hot drinks, hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, and other types of foods.
Please note that food is cash only, but an ATM is on site.
You may arrive one hour before ticket time to enjoy a pre-event snack and sit by the firepits or tables.
Weather Policy
Our experience is held rain or shine. Should you choose not to attend on the date of your tickets, they are not refundable nor exchangeable. In case of poor weather, you should consult local weather forecasts and make your own determination about whether to set out for the evening’s event.
Our event may be canceled by Marathon Bar Events LLC if, in our judgment, extreme weather or other conditions could jeopardize the safety of visitors and staff. Rain, snow flurries, or showers would not cause us to cancel, but extremely heavy rain, thunder, lightning, very strong wind; blizzard conditions, heavy icing, or a prediction of such conditions could force us to do so. If we determine that conditions cause us to cancel an event, we will post a message on our website and Facebook page and a refund will be given to ticket holders or the option to move to another date.
